SBB Solutions is the market leader in benchmarking the financial performance of aged care providers. In addition to this being a valuable source of information to aged care providers, our quarterly survey reports are also used by industry bodies and government alike.
This comprehensive survey is performed on a quarterly basis so that information is current. We report back to participants within 2 months of the survey period ending so that mangagers receive their results in a timely fashion.
Participating aged care providers receive a tailored report for each of their residential aged care facilities which compares the detailed financial performance of that facility against benchmarks at various levels including the top 25% of facilities of a similar resident mix and facilities of a similar size.
In addition to residential care we also collect data and report on Community Aged Care Packages (CACP's) and Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) packages. Other data collected and reported upon are employee hours worked and accommodation bonds.
