Executive Remuneration

Stewart Brown has been preparing an annual review of the remuneration of executives in the aged care sector for over 10 years. In recent years, we have partnered with Realise Performance, a leading advisor in matters relating to Human Resources.

This review uses a system of job matching that covering virtually all executive positions in the aged care sector. This system allows the comparison of aged care remuneration with other sectors of the economy, and is now been consistently applied to our survey for a number of years.

Our report provides users with three useful measurements of remuneration - total salary, total employment cost and total package benefit.  This allows users to easily benchmark the remuneration paid to their executive team from the point of view of the company as well as the point of view of the management personnel.
