Retirement Village Survey
As a result of requests of the Aged & Community Services Australia NSW & ACT and a number of Retirement Village Operators we have conducted a survey of certain aspects of Retirement Village performance.
The survey was first carried out for the 2009 financial year and we have now released the results of our 2010 survey.
The focus of this survey is on the capital, property and marketing aspects rather than on operating performance. We have also incorporated feedback provided by ACSA NSW & ACT as well by a number of their members.
The survey covers the year ended 30 June 2010.
